The South Avenue PTA is happy to announce the offering of two $350 scholarships for graduating Beacon High School seniors in 2022 who are alumni of South Avenue Elementary School.
All instructions must be followed in order for your application to be considered. Applications can be submitted by Google Form or email.

RECOMMENDATION LETTER: Ask the 2 people who will be submitting your letter of recommendation to complete this form: https://southavenueptacom.files.wordpress.com/2022/02/south-ave-pta-reference-letter-template.pdf
They may submit a hard copy South Ave Elementary, 60 South Ave, Beacon NY 12508 or via email at info@southavenuepta.com by May 31, 2022.
DEADLINE: Applications must be submitted by May 31, 2022.
NOTIFICATION: All completed scholarship application submissions will receive a confirmation of receipt. The award recipients will receive notification on or near June 15, 2022.
PAYMENT OF AWARDS: The award checks will be made payable to the recipient and mailed to your home address, or can be picked up at South Avenue when ready.
